NOTE: JK/SK Kids will be separate from Elementary kids this year. Please see below for full details.

NEW THIS YEAR:
SLAM is now only for kids entering JK to Grade 4. All Grade 5 students will now be invited to attend our Voltage Jr. High Program at the same time on Wednesday nights at the dates listed below.

Dates:

• FALL Kick-off: September 17, 2025
• Christmas Finale: December 3, 2025

We will take a break for Christmas and for March Break

• WINTER Kick-off: January 14, 2026
• March Break: NO SLAM - March 11, 2026
• Spring Finale: April 29, 2026

Registration:
Complete this form to register your child for the Wednesday Night Kids Program at New Life Assembly for the 2025-26 school year (SEP 17 to APRIL 29). Please be sure to register each child and complete all form questions.

Kindergarten Program:
Your kids will have such fun at our SLAM kids program! And since we want them to feel safe and have a great time, we will separate our JK/SK kids at SLAM. They will still have all the fun, games, activities, and Bible teaching as the older kids but in a smaller, safer space. They will also have an opportunity to build great and lasting friendships.

We will not be able to accommodate any JK/SK kids into our older age group. Thank you for understanding. Feel free to contact us with further questions.

Elementary Program:
Your kids will have an absolute blast once a week at our SLAM kids program. There's fun, fellowship, games, activities, Bible teaching, and an opportunity to build great and lasting friendships. You don't want to miss it, so register TODAY!!

YOUTH PROGRAMS:
This program is for kids who will be in JK to Grade 5 for the 2025-26 school year. Voltage Youth is available on Wednesdays for students in Grade 5-8.
